Hlavním tématem práce je analýza právního systému České republiky v otázkách asistované reprodukce. Zhodnocení, do jaké míry umožňuje či neumožňuje centrům asistované reprodukce plně využívat všechny léčebné postupy, které jsou celosvětově známy. The main topic of this work is an analysis of the legal system of the Czech Republic related to assisted reproduction. Assessment the extent to which allows or does not allow assisted reproduction centers to fully use all the treatments that are known worldwide.
