Child with ASD in combination with severe Intellectual disability and its influence on the family

Abstract:

Název této práce je dítě s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS) v kombinaci s těžkým mentálním postižením a jeho vliv na rodinu. V této práci se pomocí případové studie snažím především popsat, jak ovlivňuje dítě s takovýmto postižením život rodiny. Zmiňuji se však i o tom, jak působí rodina na dítě a poukazuji na proměnlivost jeho stavu. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části, kdy v první, teoretické, především popisuji poruchy. Zároveň se zmiňuji o historii poruch autistického spektra a poukazuji na stále existující nejasnosti o jejich původu a nápravě. V druhé, praktické, části popisuji konkrétní rodinu v případové studii. Je zde popis stavu, jak dítěte, rodiny, tak jejich hledání správného způsobu péče.

Abstract:

Name of this work is Child with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in combination with severe Intellectual disability and its influence on the family. In this work, I am using case study to try describe firstly, how child with this disability affect life of family. I even mention, how family affect child and I point out variability of his state. This work is divined into two parts, when first one, teoretica, mainly describe disabilites. At same time, I mentione history of autism spectrum disorders and point out sitll existing uncertainties, about its source and reparation. In second, practical, part, I describe specific family in case study. There is description of both child, family and their seach for right metod of care.
