Abstract:
Problematika trestního soudnictví ve věcech mládeže je s ohledem na principy restorativní justice a osobnost mladistvého velmi důležitým tématem trestního soudnictví. Absolventská práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení potřeby zvláštního přístupu k mladistvým, kteří se stali pachateli protiprávních činů.
Abstract:
With regard to the principles of restorative justice and the personality of the juvenile, the issue of criminal judiciary in youth matters is a very important topic of criminal judiciary. Graduation thesis is focused on explaining the need for special treatment of juveniles who have become the perpetrators of illegal acts.
