Loghouse recreational object

Abstract:

Diplomová práce obsahuje návrh srubové stavby. V praktické části je vypracována projektová dokumentace pro realizaci srubové stavby rekreačního typu objektu, který je umístěn v blízkosti Hamerského jezera. Návrh je vypracován tak, aby splňoval platné předpisy a související normy. Pro příslušný samostatně stojící objekt, řešený v diplomové práci, je vybrán vhodný pozemek, na který je stavba osazena podle normy ČSN 73 4301- Vzájemné odstupy staveb. Srub je osazen do terénu (pro dřevostavbu) netradičním způsobem založení - hlubinného na železobetonových vrtaných pilotách, neboť se nachází v blízkosti vodní plochy.Dispozice této práce je řešena v souladu s platnými hygienickými předpisy a normami v návaznosti na požadavky budoucího uživatele rekreačního objektu. U navrhované stavby jsou řešeny kritické detaily vyplývající z konstrukčního řešení a ze samotných vlastností dřeva. Důraz je kladen na detaily, kterými je zajištěna správná funkce této dřevostavby - jako například osazení okna ve srubové konstrukci či zateplení soklu.

Abstract:

Thesis contains draft of loghouse. Project documentation is made for realization of loghouse recreational object type, which is placet Nera Hamerske lake. The draft is designed to follow valid regulations and related standards. For the respektive separate standing building, designed in the thesis, is chosen a suitable piece of land which the building is equipped according to standrads ČSN 73 4301- The distances between buildings. The loghouse is installed into the grand (for wooden building) by unconventional way of establishment underground od reinforced concrete bored piles, because its located near water area.Disposition of this work is dealt in accordance with valid hygienic regulations and standards following requests of future user of recreational object. At designed building is solving critical deatils resulting from the structural design and actual characteristics of wood. Emphasis is placed on details, which ensure right function of wood building as for example installation of the window in loghouse contruction or insulation of plinth.
