Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá tématem využívání cizího kapitálu jako zdroj financování ve společnosti Pilka a Dýha a.s. Teoretická část zahrnuje obecné informace a charakteristiky ohledně využívání cizích zdrojů v podniku. Popisuje kapitálovou a finanční strukturu, členění zdrojů financování podniku, optimální kapitálovou strukturu a zlatá pravidla financování. V aplikační části jsou pro posouzení finančního zdraví použity účetní výkazy jako je rozvaha, výkaz zisků a ztrát a výkaz cash flow. Jsou posouzeny zlatá pravidla financování a jejich dodržování v praxi. V další kapitole aplikační části jsou znázorněny celkové výše cizích zdrojů, dále je aplikována finanční analýza zadluženosti na společnost a její optimální kapitálová struktura, kde bylo zjištěno, že u společnosti převyšuje vlastní kapitál nad cizím kapitálem. V závěru práce je shrnuto celkové zadlužení společnosti a návrhy opatření, jak by měla společnost využívat cizích zdrojů pro lepší hospodárnost.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of using foreign capital as a source of financing in the company Pilka a Dýha a.s. The theoretical part includes general information and characteristics regarding the use of external resources in the company. It describes the capital and financial structure, the structure of the company's sources of financing, the optimal capital structure and the golden rules of financing. In the application part, financial statements such as the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow statement are combined for the evaluation of financial health. The golden rules of financing and their observance in practice are evaluated. The next chapter of the application part shows the total amount of external sources, then applied financial analysis of indebtedness of the company and its optimal capital structure, where it was found that the company exceeds equity over debt. At the end of the work is summarized the total debt of the company and proposals for arrangement how the company should use external resources for better efficiency.
