Tato diplomová práce se zabývá azylovým řízením v EU ve vztahu k nezletilým osobám bez doprovodu. Vymezuje tuto zranitelnou skupinu žadatelů na úrovni mezinárodního, unijního a českého práva, a rov-něž se věnuje vybraným procesním zárukám obsaženým v Úmluvě o právech dítěte. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the EU asylum procedure in relation to unaccompanied minors. It defines this vulnerable group of applicants at the level of international, EU and Czech law, and deals with selected procedural guarantees contained in the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
