The thesis has a theoretical-application character and deals with listening to music in kindergarten. In the theoretical part are defined theoretical basis which deal with the matter of listening to music as a part of musical activities in kindergarten, interconnection of listening to music with other musical activities and its importance for a child in the pre-school age.
