Abstract:

Název: Hodnocení efektivnosti společensky účelných pracovních míst pro absolventy v okresu Litoměřice Počet slov: 21 951 Tématem této diplomové práce je hodnocení efektivity programu společensky účelných pracovních míst pro absolventy v okresu Litoměřice. Cílem práce je zjistit jaký vliv a efektivitu mají účinky programu na zaměstnanost a zaměstnatelnost absolventů. Práce dále rozebírá globalizaci a flexibilitu na současných trzích práce, faktory a bariéry ovlivňující postavení mladých na pracovním trhu. Výzkumnou jednotkou jsou uchazeči o zaměstnání, kteří se v letech 2006-2008 účastnili programu SÚPM. Metodou výzkumu je kvantitativní analýza dat účastníků, rozbor dokumentů a zpráv Úřadu práce, rozhovory s účastníky SÚPM a rozhovory se zaměstnanci Úřadu práce Litoměřice. Z hodnocení výzkumu post program statusu bylo zjištěno, že ihned po ukončení programu se nevrátilo do evidence úřadu práce 74% všech účastníků. S časovými odstupy 6 a 12 měsíců po ukončení programu se počet zaměstnaných nadále zvyšoval. Po jednom roce byla nezaměstnaná pouze 2% všech účastníků. Dále bylo na základě rozhovorů s účastníky zjištěno, že vybrané složky zamětnatelnosti se zlepšily. Dle výsledků provedeného výzkumu lze konstatovat, že program SÚPM pomáhá snižovat nezaměstnanost absolventů a zvyšuje jejich zaměstnatelnost.

Title: The evaluation of the effectivity of socially integrated working places for graduates in the district of Litomerice. Number of words: 21 951 The subject of this master´s thesis is the evaluation of the effectivity of socially integrated working places for graduates in the district of Litomerice. The aim of this thesis is to find out to what extent the effects of the program influence the employment and the employability for graduates. Furthermore the thesis analyzes the globalization and flexibility of the current labour market as well as the factors and the barriers which influance the position of young people in the labour market. The sample group consisted of unemployed people up to 25 years registered with the Bureau of Labour in Litomerice, who participated in SUPM programs in 2006 – 2008. The method of this research is a quantitative analysis of the participant´s data, an analysis of the documents and data from the Bureau of Labour, interviews with SUPM participants and interviews with employees from the Bureau of Labour Litomerice. From the evaluation of post program status it has been found, that immediately after the end of the program 74% of all participants did not return to register with the Bureau of Labour. After 6 respectively 12 months the number of employed participants was still growing. After one year only 2% of all participants were unemployed. Based on interviews with the participants it is possible to state that certain aspects of the employability have been improved by SUPM. According to the findings of this survey it is possible to state that the SUPM program helps to decrease the unemployment of graduates and increases their employability.
