Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá materiálovou charakterizací vybraných obalových materiálů pro potraviny dostupných na českém trhu. Praktická část je zaměřena na polymerní nápojové kelímky a misky. Jednotlivé vzorky se určují podílem anorganických a organických složek pomocí metody stanovení popela podle ČSN EN ISO 3451. The bachelor thesis deals with the material characterization of selected food packaging materials available on the Czech market. The practical part is focused on polymer drinking cups and bowls. The content of inorganic and organic proportion of samples was determined by standard ČSN EN ISO 3451: Determination of ash.
