Práce je rešeršního charakteru vypracována na téma "Bakterie produkující bakteriociny a perspektivy jejich využití". Bakteriociny jsou látky peptidové povahy, které slouží grampozitivním i gramnegativním bakteriím k inhibici konkurenčních bakterií. Abstract:
Theme of my bachelor thesis is "Bacteria producing bacteriocins and perspectives of their use." Bacteriocins are peptides, which helps grampositive and gramnegative bacteria inhibit competitive bacteria. Today they are used for food preservation, prevention and treatment of bacterial disease.
