Abstract:
Fetální DNA se v krevní plazmě matky nachází volná a fragmentovaná. Zastoupení DNA plodu je pouze několik procent z celkové volné DNA, s průběhem těhotenství se její množství v plazmě matky zvyšuje. Většina volné fetální DNA je do krevního oběhu matky uvolňována z trofoblastu, po porodu je z krve rychle odstraňována a nehrozí tak přetrvání do dalšího těhotenství. Abstract:
Fetal DNA is present in maternal plasma in cell-free form and molecules are fragmented. Amount of fetal DNA is rather a small number of per cent of total plasma DNA, but the concentration increases as pregnancy progresses. The major source of fetal DNA in maternal circulation are trophoblastic cells. The rapid clearance of fetal DNA after delivery excludes persistence to next pegnancy. Methods using …more
