František Tröster as a teacher at the Prague (Theatre) Academy of Performing Arts
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobností scénografa Františka Tröstera a jeho pedagogickou činností na Divadelní akademii múzických umění v Praze, kde působil v letech 1946-1968. Práce se zaměřuje hlavně na Trösterovu metodologii výuky na Katedře scénického výtvarnictví. Důležitou inspirací byl německý Bauhaus a jeho ateliérový systém. Cílem práce je charakterizace hlavních rysů Trösterovy výuky.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with personality of scenographer František Tröster and his pedagogy activities at the Theatre Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, where he worked from 1946 to 1968. The thesis focuses mainly on Tröster´s methodology of teaching in the Department of stage design. German Bauhaus and its studio system was important inspiration.
