Changes in Land Use and Land Registry

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o změnách ve využívání pozemků a jejích vazbě na katastr nemovitostí s poukázáním problematiky změn využití pozemků v praxi. Cílem práce je charakterizovat nástroje možných změn ve využívání pozemků a popsat mechanismy promítnutí těchto změn do katastru nemovitostí. Teoretická část práce je věnována pozemku jako objektu změn, pozemkovým úpravám jako prostředku změn a katastru nemovitostí. Praktická část analyzuje příklad z aplikační praxe s uvedením nastalých změn a nastíněním postupu při jejich řešení. Závěr práce tvoří vyhodnocené poznatky a návrhy de lege ferenda.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with changes in land use and their relation to the cadastre of real estates with pointing out the problems of changes in land use in practice. The aim of a thesis is to characterize the tools of possible changes in land use and to describe the mechanisms of projecting these changes in a cadastre of real estates. The theoretical part of a thesis is devoted to the land as an object of changes, land consolidations as a means of changes and a cadastre of real estates. The practical part analyses an example from the application practice with the introduction of changes and outlining the procedure for their solution. The conclusion of a thesis consists of evaluated findings and proposals de lege ferenda.
