Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá zvýšením motivace zaměstnanců dané organizace. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část, kdy teoretická část popisuje základní aspekty z oblasti motivace. Praktická část obsahuje vymezení pracovní motivace spokojenosti pro vybraný podnik konkrétně.
