Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje spokojenosti zákazníků ve vybraném maloobchodním podniku se zvířecími potřebami, konkrétně v Pet Planet v Brně – Medlánkách. This bachelor‘s thesis deals with customer satisfaction in a chosen retail business with pet supplies, specifically Pet Planet in Brno – Medlánky.
