Social Deviance and Illegal Conduct
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku sociálních deviací a protiprávního jednání a jejich vzájemného vztahu. Zabývá se především otázkou trestných činů proti státu, jako jednoho z typů socálně deviantního jednání. Jejich historickým vývojem, hodnotami, jimž poskytují ochranu a funkcemi, které mají na tvorbu práva.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on social deviation and unlegal dealing and their mutual relationship. It mainly deals with the issue of crimes against the state as one type of social deviations. Their historical development, values, which provide protection and features that perform inside the law.
