Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o zdanění základních typů převodů a přechodů vlastnického práva k nemovité věci. V první části práce jsou vymezeny nemovité věci a způsoby jejich nabytí. Druhá část je blíže věnovány typům převodů a přechodů a způsobu jejich zdanění. Ve třetí části je vymezena daň z nabytí nemovitých věcí, konstrukční prvky této daně. Poslední část je praktická. Abstract:
This thesis deals with Real Estate Transfer Taxation. An introductory theoretical part is divided into three parts. In first part, there is definition of Real Estate. Second part is aimed at forms of transfer and transfer taxation. Third part is focused on local taxes on property transfer in Czech Republic. The last part of this thesis is a practical part.
