Return of Donation
Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Vrácení daru“ pojednává o právní úpravě obsažené v ustanovení § 630 zákona č. 40/1964 Sb., občanský zákoník. Tedy kdy a jak se dárce může domáhat vrácení daru, pokud se obdarovaný zachová vůči němu nebo členům jeho rodiny tak, že tím hrubě poruší dobré mravy.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis „Return of Donation“ deals with legislation which is contained in provision of § 630 of Act No. 40/1964 Sb., Civil Code. So when and how a donator may want the gift back, if the donee acts to him or to members of his family so bad, that it grossly violated good morals.
