Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku diagnostiky traumat u pacientů, kteří mají přechodnou poruchu vigility a kognice. Teoretická část práce popisuje stěžejní informace týkající se dané problematiky. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the diagnosis of trauma patients who have a temporary disorder of vigilance and cognition . The teoretical part of thesis describes the main informations of the issue. It is focused on trauma care, the diagnostic procedures in traumatology and contains a summary of frequent impaired consciousness.
