Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma komunikace mezi sociálním pracovníkem a agresivním seniorem. Dělí se na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Teoretická část popisuje pojmy týkající se stáří, biologických, sociálních a psychických změn, agresivity seniorů, psychických onemocnění a samotné komunikace mezi sociálním pracovníkem a seniorem. The diploma thesis is focused on the topic of communication between a social employee and an aggressive senior. It is divided into a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part describes the concepts related to old age, biological, social and mental changes, aggression of seniors, mental illness and the very communication between a social worker and a senior.
