Práce analyzuje strukturu nákladů vybraných pivovarů a analyzuje trh piva v České republice jako celek. Dále porovnává a vyhodnocuje pivovary Národní pivovar Budějovický Budvar a.s., Svijany a.s. a Břevnovský pivovar sv. Vojtěch a.s. podle vybraných marketingových a finančních ukazatelů. Abstract:
The thesis analyses structure of costs of selected breweries and also market of beer in the Czech Republic as a whole. Compares and evaluates breweries Národní pivovar Budějovický Budvar a.s., Svijany a.s. and Břevnovský pivovar sv. Vojtěch a.s. according to marketing and finance indicators.
