Předmětem diplomové práce „Strategická analýza podniku“ je provedení komplexní strategické analýzy na vybraném podniku. Použité metody jsou přehledně shrnuty a popsány v teoretické části diplomové práce. Aplikace metod na konkrétní podnik je uvedena v části praktické. The objective of the thesis „Strategic company analysis“ is to carry out complex strategic analysis of the chosen company. The methods used are digestedly gathered in the theoretical part of the thesis. Application of the methods in this example is shown in the practical part.
