Social and legal aspects of the preschool education in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá předškolní výchovou a mateřskými školami, a to ze dvou hledisek - sociálního a právního. Je zde rozebráno zakotvení předškolní výchovy v právním řádu ČR, zhodnoceny mateřské školy jako příspěvkové organizace a pojednáno o funkcích a jednotlivých typech mateřských škol. Dále je zde pojednáno o komplikacích při umisťování dětí do mateřských škol, finančních nákladech spojených s docházkou dětí do mateřských škol a také o změnách v chování dítěte po umístění do mateřské školy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - obecnou a praktickou. Praktická část je zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření, které probíhalo ve čtyřech mateřských školách v krajském městě (Plzeň). Poznatky plynoucí z tohoto šetření, které byly získány zpracováním odpovědí respondentů do grafů, měly podepřít či vyvrátit tvrzení uvedené v obecné části. Na závěr práce byly shrnuty poznatky z dotazníků a navrhnuto jejich možné využití.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s work engages in a preschool education and kindergartens. It deals with the anchorage of the preschool education in the legal order of the Czech republic, it engages in the kindergarten as the institution receiving contributions from the State Budget, it engages in functions of kindergartens and various kinds of kindergartens. There are also mentioned complications with placement of children in kindergartens, financial costs, which are connected with the placement of children in kindergartens and changes in the behavior of children after placement into kindergarten. The work is divided in two parts ? general and practical. The practical one is intent on the obtaining information through a questionnaires, which was realized in four kindergartens in the regional town ? Pilsen. After the data processing, there were created graphs, which became a foundation for the detailed analysis of answers of respondents. Finally, there were summarized findings from questionnaires at the end of the work and suggested their potential use.
