Diplomová práce se zabývá uváděním začínajících učitelů na 1. stupni ZŠ. Teoretická část předkládá východiska pro práci uvádějícího učitele a vedení školy s učitelem začínajícím v rámci adaptačního období. The thesis deals with the induction of beginning teachers at the prima-ry school level. The theoretical part presents the background for the work of the introducing teacher and the school management with the beginning teacher within the adaptation period.
