Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu zákona č. 361/2003 Sb., o služebním poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů, jenž představuje komplexní právní úpravu tohoto specifického státně zaměstnaneckého vztahu. The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the security forces, which represents a comprehensive legal regulation of this specific state employment relationship.
