Retraining as a way to better job opportunity

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice nezaměstnanosti a možnostem jejího řešení. Prioritně se zaměřuje na analýzu rekvalifikačních programů a jejich vliv na uplatnění absolventů rekvalifikací na trhu práce. Teoretická část charakterizuje nezaměstnanost, její formy a projevy. Součástí je i komplexní pohled na možnosti a způsoby řešení tohoto závažného celospolečenského problému.V centru pozornosti jsou rekvalifikace, tedy možnosti získání nových pracovních i sociálně společenských dovedností.Výzkumná část je zaměřena na hodnocení rekvalifikačních programů v praxi.Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký význam mají rekvalifikace pro konkrétní uchazeče o zaměstnání a zda odpovídají jejich požadavkům a představám.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issue of unemployment and possible solutions for this problem. It primarily concentrates on retraining programmes and their graduate´s opportunities in the job market. It defines the concept of unemployment, including its forms and aspects.The thesis also includes a comprehensive view of possibilities and methods for solving this urgent social problem. Special attention is paid to retraining as an opportunity to learn new occupation and social skills. The research aims to evaluate retraining programmes. The objective is to determine the impact of retraining for individual jobseekers, and to discover whether it corresponds with their requirements and ideas.
