Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice pracovního stresu a syndromu vyhoření u manažerů. Práce je teoreticko – empirického typu a je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je zaměřená na vymezení pojmů a konkretizaci problematiky stresu a syndromu vyhoření – jak vzniká, jeho příčiny a důsledky. Účelem teoretické části je seznámení čtenáře s obecnými znalostmi o tématu. Ve druhé části je využita metodologie smíšeného výzkumu kombinací standardizovaného dotazníku MBI a kvalitativních polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s manažery mezinárodní společnosti Henkel AG & Co. KGaA. Výstupem této práce je vyhodnocení míry výskytu syndromu vyhoření u manažerů a vypracování doporučení pro zkoumanou společnost, jaká opatření by mohla pomoci zaměstnancům cítit se psychicky komfortně při vykonání manažerské práce. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že se vyhoření vystytuje ve zkoumaném vzorku zaměstnanců společnosti Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, ale jako celek vykazuje zkoumaný vzorec pouze mírné vyhoření ve 2 aspektech.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of work stress and managers burnout syndrome. The work is of theoretical - empirical type and is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on the definition of terms and concretization of the issue of stress and burnout syndrome - how it arises, its causes and consequences. The purpose of the theoretical part is to acquaint the reader with general knowledge of the topic. The second part uses a mixed research methodology combining a standardized MBI questionnaire and qualitative semi-structured interviews with managers of the international company Henkel AG & Co. KGaA. The output of this work is the evaluation of the incidence of burnout syndrome in managers and the development of recommendations for the surveyed company - what measures could help employees feel mentally comfortable in performing managerial work. The results of the research shows that the burnout is detected in Henkel AG & Co. KGaA., but the whole t investigated group shows only a slight burnout in 2 burnout subtypes.
