Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Příčiny realizace vybraných reforem a jejich hodnocení“ se zabývá oblastí veřejné správy a jejími reformami. Cílem práce je charakterizovat příčiny nutnosti reforem ve veřejné správě, definovat podmínky jejich úspěšnosti a na základě těchto poznatků porovnat a zhodnotit přístup vybraných zemí k reformám ve veřejné správě. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky o reformách a veřejné správě, druhá a třetí část se zabývají reformami na Novém Zélandu a ve Velké Británii, jejich specifikami a podmínkami úspěšnosti. Čtvrtá část čerpá ze dvou předchozích a obsahuje porovnání a zhodnocení dvou vybraných zemí.

Abstract:

This graduation thesis „Causes implementation of selected reforms and their evaluation“ deals with the public administration and reforms of public administration. The aim of thesis is to characterize causes of necessity of reforms in public administration, to define conditions for their success and to compare and evaluate the approach of picked countries to reforms in public administration. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge of reforms and public administration, the second and the third parts deals with reforms of public administration in New Zealand and Great Britain, their specifics and conditions for success. The fourth part derives findings from previous parts and includes the comparison and the evalution of reforms in public administration in picked countries.
