Training of other components of the integrated rescue system of the Czech Republic for an emergency situation

Abstract:

Závěrečná bakalářská práce je zaměřená na problematiku součinnostního cvičení ostatních složek integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky při řešení mimořádné události. Teoretické část práce se zaměřuje obecně na mimořádné události, připravenost základních a ostatních složek integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky na jejich zvládnutí a legislativní dokumenty k tomu určené, a to konkrétně připravenost Oblastního spolku Českého červeného kříže Hodonín. Praktická část práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se zaobírá obecnou organizací součinnostního cvičení pro ostatní složky integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky po vzoru součinnostních cvičení, které v minulosti, nebo aktuálně pořádá Oblastní spolek Českého červeného kříže Hodonín. Druhá část na základě srovnávací tabulky porovnává přípravné a realizační fáze tří součinnostních cvičení, které spolek pořádal, nebo aktuálně pořádá, za účelem vyhledání chyb, které při organizaci nastaly a najít řešení, aby se znovu neopakovaly.

Abstract:

The final bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of cooperative exercises among other components of the integrated rescue system of the Czech Republic when dealing with an emergency situation. The theoretical part of the work focuses generally on emergency situations, the readiness of the basic and other components of the integrated rescue system of the Czech Republic to handle them, and the legislative documents intended for this purpose, specifically the readiness of the Regional Association of the Czech Red Cross in Hodonín. The practical part of the work is divided into two sections. The first section deals with the general organization of cooperative exercises for other components of the integrated rescue system of the Czech Republic, following the model of exercises organized in the past or currently by the Hodonín Regional Association of the Czech Red Cross. The second section, based on a comparative table, compares the preparatory and implementation phases of three cooperative exercises that the association has organized or is currently organizing, with the aim of identifying mistakes that occurred during the organization and finding solutions to prevent their recurrence.
