Administrative criminal law - expiry of liability for administrative delicts
Abstract:
Téma této bakalářské práce je zánik odpovědnosti za přestupek podle aktuálního přestupkové zákona č. 250/2016 Sb., o odpovědnosti za přestupky a řízení o nich. Je nutné zmínit i zhodnocení změn s porovnáním se starší právní úpravou zákona č. 200/1990 Sb. o přestupcích. Součástí práce jsou konkrétní kauzy, na kterých jsou poukázány některé případy, jak zaniká odpovědnost za přestupek.
Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the the expiry of the liability for administrative delicts about the actual misdemeanor law of an act No. 250/2016 Coll. about the liability for administrative delicts and the proceedings about them.
