Nový trestní zákoník přinesl množství změn v oblasti alternativních trestů. Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popis alternativních trestů České republiky se zaměřením na dva nejdůležitější z pohledu provázanosti s veřejnými rozpočty: trest domácího vězení a peněžitý trest. The new Criminal Code has brought many changes in the field of of alternative punishments. The goal of the submitted thesis is to describe problems of alternative punishment in the Czech Republíc focusing on the two most important from the perspective of consistency with public budgets: home confinement and pecuniaty penalty.
