Založení, financování a obhospodařování Investiční společnosti v České republice

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou založení a provozování investičních společností v České republice a právní úpravou související s investičními společnostmi a fondy. Dále popisuje realizaci investičních projektů a hodnocení jejich efektivity. V závěru shrnuje výhody a rizika provozování investiční společnosti v České republice.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the founding and operating of investment companies in Czech Republic and with legal regulations relating to investment companies and funds. It also describes the realization of investment projects and evaluation of their effectiveness. In conclusion, it summarizes the advantages and risks of operating an investment company in the Czech Republic.
