Use of integrated plant protection in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Cílem předložené studie bylo prověřit využívání integrované ochrany rostlin v České republice pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno v letech 2020 a 2021 pracovníky ÚKZÚZ. Do výzkumu bylo zahrnuto 104 podniků v každém roce sledování. Podniky byly rozděleny do čtyř kategorií podle rozlohy orné půdy. Údaje v dotaznících byly porovnány v jednotlivých kategoriích podniků a letech. Celková úroveň integrované ochrany rostlin byla vyrovnaná a pohybovala se v roce 2020 mezi 56 % – 63 % a v roce 2021 mezi 57 % – 60 %. Nižší hodnoty byly zjištěny v malých podnicích.

Abstract:

The aim of the presented study was to examine the use of integrated plant protection in the Czech Republic using a questionnaire investigation, that was carried out in the past two years 2020 and 2021 by ÚKZUZ staff. Hundred and four enterprises were included in the research in each year of the observation. The enterprises were divided into the four categories according to the area of an arable land. The data in the questionnaires were compared in the separate categories of the enterprises as well as by the years. The overall level of integrated plant protection was balanced and ranged between 56% – 63% in 2020 and 57% – 53% in 2021 60 %. Lower values were found in small enterprises.
