The Status and the Competence of the Regional Bodies as Higher Territorial Self-governing Units
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat právní postavení a legislativní rámec krajů, kompetence a vzájemný vztah orgánů kraje. Blíže specifikovat práva občanů kraje ve vztahu k orgánům kraje a následně analyzovat vybraná soudní rozhodnutí týkající se územní samosprávy krajského zřízení.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the legal status and legislative framework of regions, competence and mutual relations between the authorities of the region. Specify the rights of citizens in relation to the regional authorities and then analyze selected judicial decisions concerning the establishment of the regional local government.
