Tématem bakalářské práce jsou rekvalifikace, jako jeden z nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Teoretická část se věnuje objasnění základních pojmů, jako je nezaměstnanost, aktivní politika zaměstnanosti a rekvalifikace. Praktická část navazuje na část teoretickou. The theme of the Bachelor's thesis are retraining as one of the tools of active employment policy. The theoretical part deals with the clarification of basic concepts, such as unemployment, active employment policy and retraining. The practical part builds on the theoretical part.
