Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na spokojenost zaměstnanců transformované pobytové sociální služby organizace XY. Teoretická část je věnována definici pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců, faktorům ovlivňujícím pracovní spokojenost a vztahu mezi spokojeností a motivací. Následně se práce zabývá motivací, motivem a motivačními teoriemi. Další část popisuje transformaci pobytové sociální služby, přechod z ústavní služby na službu komunitní a důvody a cíle transformace. Praktická část se věnuje představení organizace, cílům výzkumu, stanoveným výzkumným předpokladům a charakteristikou respondentů. Je zde realizován výzkum, kde byla použita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník obsahoval 22 otázek a byly stanoveny 3 výzkumné předpoklady. Na závěr práce byla autorkou navrhnuta a doporučena opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců v dané organizaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on a satisfaction of employees of a transformed residential social service of the organization XY. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of employee job satisfaction, factors influencing job satisfaction and the relationship between satisfaction and motivation. Subsequently, the thesis deals with motivation, motive and motivational theories. Next part describes a transformation of the residential social service, a transition from institutional to community service and the reasons and goals of the transformation. The practical part is devoted to an introduction of the organisation, the research objectives, the stated research assumptions and the characteristics of the respondents. The author conducted a research, where a quantitative research method using a questionnaire survey was used. The questionnaire consists of 22 questions and 3 research assumptions were set. At the end of the thesis, the author proposed and recommended measures that will lead to an improvement of employee satisfaction in the organization.
