Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o důležitém procesním institutu, jímž je kasační stížnost. Kasační stížnost jakožto mimořádný opravný prostředek projednává Nejvyšší správní soud, který tvoří s krajskými soudy systém správních soudů. Abstract:
This thesis explains the procedural institute, which is a cassation complaint. The Supreme Administrative Court decides the cassation complaint as an extraordinary legal remedy and together with regional courts they create a system of administrative justice.
