Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci a popis benefitů poskytovaných zaměstnancům ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím průzkumu s využitím dotazníku vlastní konstrukce zjistit, do jaké míry tyto benefity uspokojují potřeby zaměstnanců a motivují je k výkonu práce. Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the identification and description of the benefits provided to employees in the selected organization. The goal of the work is to find out to what extent these benefits satisfy the needs of employees and motivate them to perform their work through a survey using a self-constructed questionnaire.
