Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na svobodu podnikání v EU, analyzuje její podmínky a možnosti realizace této svobody ve vztahu k fyzickým a právnickým osobám s pobytem na území EU. Existence jednotného vnitřního trhu tuto svobodu umožňuje zejména prostřednictvím svobod volného pohybu zboží, osob, služeb a kapitálu. The bachelor thesis focuses on business freedom in EU, analysing the conditions and possibilities of realization of this freedom in relation to individuals and legal entities residing in EU.
