Tato bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma mapování stakeholderů vybrané sportovní organizace, konkrétně FC Háje JM. Hlavním cílem práce je pomocí kvalitativních metod zmapování a identifikace stakeholderů vybrané sportovní organizace. This bachelor thesis elaborates on the theme of stakeholder mapping of the selected sports organization, namely FC Háje JM. The main goal of the thesis is, by qualitative methods, the mapping and the identification of stakeholders of the selected sports organization. Consequently, their prioritization based on the three attribute model, the Power and Interest Matrix and the socio-dynamic approach. …more
