Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje vývoj legislativního procesu Evropské unie. Autor se v ní zaměřil na komplexní analýzu a vývoj regulace vytváření právních předpisů sekundární legislativy aktuálně nejdůležitější a nejmocnější instituce Starého kontinentu. Práce je obohacena o některé poznatky a myšlenky nabyté během stáže v Bruselu, kde autor pracoval právě s legislativním procesem.

The subject of this thesis is the development of the legislative procedure of the European Union.
