Abstract:
Bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na problematiku dokumentárního akreditivu, jakožto platebního instrumentu, užívaného v mezinárodním obchodě. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo stručně charakterizovat tento produkt a zhodnotit dostatečnost jeho právní úpravy.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the use of the Documentary Credit as a payment instrument in international trade. The aim of the thesis was to briefly characterize this product and evaluate the sufficiency of its legislation.
