The rating of posture in a group of individuals with a focus on dance sport.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou držení těla u tanečnic scénického tance v taneční škole Fénix v Lounech. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá tancem, základy funkční anatomie, správným a vadným držením těla. Dále svalovou dysbalancí a diagnostikou držení těla. V praktické části je realizováno výzkumné šetření. This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of body posture of scenic dancers at Fenix dance school in Louny. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with dance, basics of functional anatomy, correct and incorrect body posture. Further there is also mentioned muscular imbalance and diagnosis of body posture.
