Socio-therapy workshop as a form of social services for individuals with disabilities

Abstract:

Anotace Bakalářská práce s názvem „Sociálně terapeutická dílna jako forma sociálních služeb pro jedince se zdravotním postižením“ se věnuje zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a pracovním možnostem, které jim nabízí sociálně-terapeutická dílna. Práce je klasicky rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem mentálního postižení a jeho nejčastější příčiny, autorka podává současnou klasifikaci mentální retardace a jednotlivé stupně blíže charakterizuje. Součástí teoretické části práce je dále vymezení současných možností edukace a profesní přípravy jedinců s mentálním postižením a jejich možnosti uplatnění na trhu práce, přičemž je věnována pozornost i charakteristice chráněných dílen a sociálně-terapeutických dílen. Výzkumná kapitola prezentuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumného šetření v Sociálně-terapeutické dílně „Momo“.

Abstract:

Annotation: Bachelor thesis entitled "Socio-therapy workshop as a form of social services for individuals with mental disabilities" is devoted to the employment of persons with disabilities and employment possibilities offered by socio-therapy workshop. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is defined the concept of intellectual disability and the most common causes, the author serves contemporary classification of mental retardation and qualifies the individual degrees. The theoretical part is further defining the current possibilities of education and training of people with learning disabilities and their opportunities in the labor market and is also paying attention to the characteristics of socio-therapy workshops. Empirical chapter presents the results of qualitative research in Socio-therapeutic workshop "Momo"
