Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem výskytu antibiotické rezistence. V první kapitole jsou charakterizována antibiotika z hlediska jejich intenzity účinku a mechanismu působení. Další část je zaměřena na problematiku nárůstu antibiotické rezistence a uvedení známých mechanismů rezistence. Následně je objasněn výskyt významných multirezistentních bakteriálních kmenů. The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of antibiotic resistance. In the first chapter, antibiotics are characterized in terms of their intensity of action and mechanism of action. The next part focuses on the issue of the increase of antibiotic resistance and the introduction of known resistance mechanisms.
