Motivation system of firm and satisfaction of its employees

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku motivačního systému podniku "X" a hodnocení spokojenosti její zaměstnanců. Teoretická část rozebírá obecnou podstatu motivace a jednotlivé východiska zaměřená na metody odměňování. Empirická část práce řeší analýzu různých prvků motivačního systémů -- finanční odměny, benefity nebo budoucí profesní růst. Na závěr práce jsou stanoveny návrhy řešení motivačního programu společnosti "X" a jejich případná implementace.

Abstract:

My work is focused on problems in motivation system of firm ''X'' and satisfaction evaluation of its employees. The theoretical part discusses the general nature of motivation and each solution targeted on the methods of remuneration. The empirical part solves the analysis of the various elements of the incentive system such as financial reward, benefits or future career growth. Finally, there are suggested solutions for incentive program of the firm ''X'' and their possible implementation.
