Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nákupní a spotřebního chování zákazníku ve vybrané restauraci. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké aspekty zákazníky ovlivňují a jak se zákazníci v konkrétní restauraci chovají. Teoretická část práce se skládá z literární rešerše a jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy, týkající se spotřebního a nákupního chování. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the purchase and consumption behaviour of customers in a selected restaurant. The aim of the thesis is to find out what aspects influence customers and how customers behave in a particular restaurant.
