Corporate culture of a selected public administration institution

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku organizační kultury. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jako jsou firemní kultura, dále jsou zde popsány její prvky, struktura, typologie podle různých autorů a funkce. Práce se také mimo jiné věnuje etice a rozdílu firemní kultury ve veřejném sektoru a soukromých firmách. V praktické části je popsána zkoumaná společnost, kde bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření k výzkumu organizační kultury. Práce dále obsahuje výsledky tohoto výzkumu a návrhy na zlepšení nedostatků v této oblasti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of organizational culture. The theoretical part explains basic concepts such as corporate culture, then describes its elements, structure, typology according to different authors and functions. The thesis also discusses, among other things, ethics and the difference between corporate culture in public sector and private companies. In the practical part, the company under study is described, where a questionnaire survey was carried out to investigate organizational culture. The thesis also contains the results of this research and suggestions for improving the deficiencies in this area.
