Táto bakalárska práca je venovaná vzájomnému vzťahu jednotlivých refrakčných vád k akomodácii. Stručne popisuje refrakciu, refrakčný stav a refrakčné prostredia oka. Následne sa zaoberá opisom, klasifikáciou a korekciou myopie, hypermetropie a astigmatizmu. Ďalšia časť práce je zameraná na akomodáciu, jej mechanizmus, teórie, zložky a patologické poruchy.
