Form of distance teaching preferred by students of the 3rd year of full-time bachelor's studies "German Language for Education" of the Department of German Language and Literature during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of guidance distance and hybrid learning in the Department of German language and literature at the Faculty of Education, Masaryk University, during the COVID-19 pandemic, in conjunction with digital tools. The theoretical part defines the forms of teaching at the university, distance and hybrid learning, and their possible performances. I also focus on the tools that are used in these types of learning. The empirical part includes qualitative research, which aims to find out how selected students of the Department of German language and literature subjectively perceived teaching during the pandemic, including the tools used. The research method to collect data was semi-structured interviews. The conclusion of the thesis consists of the results of a thematic analysis.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vedení distanční a hybridní výuky na katedře německého jazyka a literatury pedagogické fakulta Masarykovy univerzity během pandemie COVIDu-19 ve spojení s digitálními nástroji. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny formy výuky na vysoké škole, distanční a hybridní výuka a jejich možná provedení. Dále se věnuji nástrojům, které jsou využívanými v těchto výukách. Empirická část zahrnuje kvalitativní výzkum, jenž se snaží zjistit, jak vybraní studenti katedry německého jazyka a literatury subjektivně vnímali výuku během pandemie včetně použitých nástrojů. Jako výzkumná metoda sběru dat bylo zvoleno polostrukturované interview. Závěr práce tvoří výsledky tematické analýzy.
